Situated on an old Mallorcan estate in the wine-growing area near Consell, this charming 200 m² guest house has its own private pool and a spacious, covered terrace where you can enjoy both privacy and breathtaking panoramic views. The magnificent, gently sloping pool is equipped with comfortable loungers and parasols. The property is surrounded by lush cypress, palm, almond and olive trees. The discreet neighbours, who live in the adjoining old farmhouse, have their own access road.
The rustic living area is tastefully furnished and creates an authentic and cosy atmosphere. Large windows allow plenty of natural light into the spacious rooms. The friendly country-style kitchen is equipped with modern appliances. The three en-suite bathrooms offer contemporary comfort and the spacious bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, as is the living area.
