This beautiful and modern 78 sqm apartment is located above the bay of Port de Soller. Restaurants and the beach can be reached on foot in about 10-15 minutes. An extensive renovation was carried out in 2024. We have completely redesigned the bathroom and equipped it with a walk-in shower and infrared heating for the cooler days. The large living room has a new look with a modern new sofa and new decoration. Both bedrooms and the living room now have hot/cold air conditioning and ensure a pleasant living environment.
The two separate bedrooms have a double bed (160x200) and two single beds (90x200). There is a washing machine in the bathroom. The beautiful white kitchen is open plan with a large refrigerator and oven. Of course, we provide you with fast fiber optic internet free of charge. Enjoy the view of the mountains and the bay from the covered balcony (loggia) or spend time at our large communal pool, which is equipped with loungers and seating. It is a small residential community with a total of only 10 residential units. We offer our apartment for rent in summer and winter due to the air conditioning and infrared heating.
Good to know: Our apartment is on the side of the bay that can be easily reached by bus. Bus stop and several small supermarkets are within walking distance!
