Shortly after landing at Palma airport, drive along the driveway to the house, park your hire car and immediately enjoy the breathtaking views that this holiday home in Mallorca has to offer: Here you can look far across the predominantly flat landscape to the chains of hills that rise gently in different directions. And so you immediately want to grab a bath towel and conquer one of the loungers that stand so invitingly by the pool, which beckons with its 10 metre length, clear water and easy stair access. And we like to repeat ourselves here! - with a marvellous panorama that spreads out before you. The sunbathing terrace and the open and partially covered terrace areas right next to the house have a harmonious effect. Several seating areas at perfect vantage points invite you to enjoy hours of relaxation, which are particularly beautiful at sunrise and sunset. Also wonderful: two balconies on the upper floor of the house complement the open-air area.
Directly from the terrace, you enter the large living/dining room, which is divided into two areas - on one side with a comfortable sofa and fireplace TV corner, on the other side with a cosy dining area. Just one room further on is the kitchen, which is also so generously proportioned that there is plenty of space for extended cooking sessions and another dining table - a real eat-in kitchen where the focus is on socialising. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with clever built-in wardrobes, a bathroom and a toilet. Accordingly, there are three further double bedrooms on the upper floor, one of which has its own bathroom; there is also an additional bathroom.
