Villa Mar is an authentic Ibiza style villa, with an idyllic location and amazing views to the sea and to the Cala d´Or Marina. The property consists of 2 bedrooms, each with its own private entrance and bathroom en suite. Both bedrooms are not connected from the inside of the house, so it would be ideal for two couples or a small group of friends, wanting to enjoy the holidays together, but still have some private space as well. The kitchen is also in a separate building, very close to both bedrooms and the spacious terrace, with table and chairs, which will be the center and meeting point for delicious meals together in open air. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, Nespresso, washing machine, clothes dryer and all kitchen utilities.
The lush vegetation in the garden provides a Mediterranean atmosphere and is in harmony with the beautiful turquoise colour of the ocean. There is a small private pool (3m x 3m) which will offer a nice refreshment during the many warm and sunny days of your vacation.
