The true star of this wonderful townhouse is the private chlorine pool -that sizes 7 x 3 metres and has a water depth ranging from 1.2 to 2 metres-. It invites to cool down after sunbathing by it or at the top terrace. There is a chill-out area and 6 sunloungers in total. This terrace is perfect to cook delicious BBQs alfresco and if you wish you can also prepare them at the exterior kitchen end enjoy them right there or at the furnished backyard. There also is an exterior bathroom with shower by the pool.
The property features 2 buildings: the bigger house -located on the ground floor- and the apartment -located on the first floor and accessible through the staircase by the pool. The great accommodation meets you in an impressive and rustic living - dining room, with TV-sat, DVD and CD players and wood stove. There are two sofas in the annexed room. The kitchen, with a ceramic top, is located in a glazed room with BBQ. Then, you'll find 2 bedrooms with a closet each. One has a double bed and an en-suite with a tub and a shower, and the other has a bunk bed. The rooms of this house present a ceiling fan and heating by wall radiators. In the apartment, you'll find a living room with TV-sat and AC, a cosy dining-kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a shower bathroom. The two extra guests will rest on the two sofas beds in the living. There are two cots and high-chairs available. Each accommodation has its own laundry room with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board, located in the BBQ kitchen of the main house and in the corridor leading to the pool in the apartment.
