Small and charming house set in Cala San Vicente, in Pollensa, Mallorca, just in front of the sea and the beach, with astonishing views. It is not necessary to rent a car, as there are supermarkets, bars, restaurants and excursion centers in the immediate vicinity.

This former fisherman house is now a nice and comfortable property with a lovely living room, open to a graceful kitchen and a dining area. There are also two nice bedrooms, one of them with two single beds and the other one with a double bed, and a bathroom. Outside there is a friendly terrace with a dining area, where you can enjoy wonderful views of the sea and the mountains.

There is also a terrace with sun loungers that belongs to the property, near the sea. A wonderful place to enjoy the sea, the calm and the views for an amazing holidays.
